Delete your Whisp account

You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud content.

Delete in the App

  1. Open Whisp and sign in.
  2. Open My → Account details.
  3. Select Delete account, review the notice, and confirm.

Your sessions are revoked immediately. Your profile, cloud recordings, transcripts, translations, summaries, and preferences are deleted. Object-storage cleanup is retried automatically if a storage provider is temporarily unavailable.

Request deletion without the App

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Whisp account. Use the subject “Whisp account deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before deletion.

Data that may be retained

Transaction, billing, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, disputes, security, or law. These records are separated from deleted content and the account identity is replaced with a pseudonymous identifier.
