Whisp Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Authorized content

You may process only audio, media, and speech that you have a lawful right to record, upload, transcribe, translate, or summarize. Recording and consent laws vary by location; you are responsible for complying with them.

3. Service behavior

AI transcription, translation, speech, titles, and summaries can contain errors. Do not rely on Whisp as the sole source for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions. Service availability and supported models may change.

4. Subscriptions and credits

Purchases are processed through Google Play. Prices, renewal terms, included quota, and cancellation controls are shown before purchase. Credits and quotas have no cash value except where required by law. Refunds are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attack its infrastructure, evade limits, infringe rights, distribute malware, or use Whisp for unlawful surveillance or content.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict accounts that create security, legal, payment, or abuse risks. You may stop using Whisp or permanently delete your account at any time.

7. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, retention, service providers, security, and deletion. Account deletion is available in the App and at Delete your account.

8. Liability

Whisp is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
